Villa 119 of ASP Complex

Interior Architecture and Renovation (2021-2022)

119 Villa of Residential ASP Complex of Tehran measuring 700 sq. m. was re-designed and renovated. In this project, we considered the historical background of the building in combination with the employer’s request. Redesigning was performed by respecting old details of the complex, its Iranian architecture and optimal function of the spaces. In the vast plan of this villa measuring 330 sq. m., elements such as greenhouse, gates separating spaces, division spaces and front spaces and interior decoration related to each space were seen. The entrance lobby, as the first space that is experienced, is a division space. Guest room, guest bedroom, bedrooms, and common spaces have access from this space, which is a symmetrical and decorative space yet with different accesses. This space has become symmetrical by symmetrical flooring and ceiling and symmetry of the 4^th room and windows on its both sides. The ceiling of this space is covered in silver plate to enhance its beauty as the first experience of this villa.
