Interior Architecture and Renovation (2019-2020)
In this project, an apartment unit measuring 300 sq. m. was re-designed and implemented. The salient feature in designing of this project was the rearrangement of spaces in the plan in a way to let south light be present in all main spaces and north light was dedicated to bed rooms. In line with this idea, implementation of installations was the main challenge considering the layout of service spaces. This project has a modern designing style. However, considering the residential usage of the building, Iranian details have been used in interior architecture.
In choosing lights, considering the usage of the project, it was tried to induce a more sense of a home in the project. Finally, combination of options has created a modern Iranian style for the project. The color theme of this project was formed by using oak wood of its original color and warm gray color (Sabzevar marble stone). Presence of gray color between these two colors has given a more beautiful look to the warm colors.
Using the space between the beams (blocks), a decorative ceiling was created for hidden light which created a pleasant space for the private sitting room with wooden finish.
