Contract Management (2011-2013)

Mansour Residential Complex 1 was one of the projects designed by Zandigan Consultant Engineers Company (Eng. Mohammad Reza NIKBAKHT) which after performing the steel structure and brickworks by Eng. Hassan JALAEIFAR, was completed up to plaster work by Eng. Ebrahim DANESHMONFARED and Eng. Hesam ZARIN. This project has been constructed on a piece of land measuring 820 sq. m. located in Mansour Street in Daroos.

The floor area of the project is 4660 sq. m. which includes basement floor, containing parking spaces, sport space, conference hall and other common parts and 5 residential floors each including 3 units. Construction operation had begun in Spring of 2013 and had completed in Summer of 2013.
